125 ml cream
50 gr sugar
3 eggs (split)
Melt the chocolate au bain marie.
Mix the egg yellows with the sugar and whip till you have a white foamy entity. Stir the melted chocolate with it.
Whip the egg whites stiff and fold very carefully with a smooth movement with the chocolate.
Whip the cream till it holds shape and mix careful with the chocolate mixture.
Spoon the mousse into pretty bowls or glasses and allow it to become solid in the refrigerator.
